What comes to mind when you hear the word “culture”? A lot, right? It’s a very broad term. And yet, many businesses look at only one or two dimensions of culture when they seek to self assess. They will look at customer evaluations, for example. Or employee engagement. But there's a lot more to building a Culture of Excellence than measuring any one indicator. Yes, employee engagement is critical to culture. And yes, customer engagement is a key indicator of culture as well.
